Ocean Universal Westcourt: Spearfishing Gear and Dive Store

Ocean Universal in Westcourt stocks a big spearfishing selection. Makes sense — the store started as Spearfishing Superstore, so spearo gear hasn't gone anywhere.

They've got rail spearguns, camo wetsuits, carbon and fibreglass fins, low-volume masks, weight belts, floats, dive knives, and spearfishing accessories. Everything's chosen for tropical conditions — not temperate stock that wasn't made for FNQ.

The name changed to Ocean Universal because the shop had already added scuba and freediving equipment over the years. But the spearfishing range wasn't cut back. Spearfishing is still the backbone they do.

The team are FNQ full article spearfishers and know what works on FNQ reefs.
